Hi, I'm Alex Greger

I started Lowcountry Property Preservation in 2020 after years of watching homeowners get burned by unreliable contractors who sent unsupervised crews and cut corners.

I do the work myself. When you call me, I show up. When I give you a quote, it's accurate. When I say I'll be there Tuesday at 9am, I'm there Tuesday at 9am.

Living on the coast means your home takes a beating. Salt air eats paint. Algae grows on roofs. Wood rots if you don't catch it early. I've spent six years learning how to protect homes in Bluffton and Hilton Head from these problems.

Why Owner-Operated Matters

When you hire a company that sends crews, you never know who's showing up. Maybe it's their best guy. Maybe it's someone who started last week. With me, you know exactly who's doing the work.

I've soft washed the same homes in Palmetto Bluff for four years running. I've painted houses in Sun City and come back three years later to check how the paint's holding up. That's the kind of relationship you get when the owner does the work.

What We Do

Power washing, soft washing, exterior painting, siding repair, roof cleaning, deck restoration, and general property maintenance. If it's on the outside of your home and needs attention, I can handle it.
